The Department of Facilities administers and manages services throughout the district including building repairs, modifications to existing structures, new construction, custodial and event services, snow removal, grounds maintenance, building security, and access controls. The department has eleven personnel (full- and part-time) including custodians, maintenance, and grounds. These employees serve the entire district, which encompasses nine buildings, with a total of about 296,865 sq.ft. on 51.85 acres throughout the City of Glenrock, Wyoming. Below is the information for the specific facilities:

  • Central Office - 4,440 sq. ft. on 2.5 acres. 

  • Grant Elementary School - 48,502 sq. ft. on 13.89 acres.

  • Bus Garage - 5,280 sq. ft. sharing the same acreage as the central office. 

  • Activity Stadium - 6,370 sq. ft. on 8.0 acres.

  • Baseball Complex - 880 sq. ft. on sharing acreage with the activity/stadium facility.

  • Boxelder School - 1,604 sq. ft. on 8.0 acres. 

  • Boxelder Teacherage - 740 sq. ft. sharing acreage with the Boxelder School.

  • Glenrock Intermediate School - 107,262 sq. ft. on 4.46 acres.

  • Glenrock JR/SR High School - 121,787 sq. ft. on 14.0 acres.
